WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON SIZING?

Please check our size guide page, which will give guidelines on our sizing. Use the CLUBSWIMUK size guide as an estimate as to what size will fit to size to purchase, styles, cuts and sizes. 

Please use the Myra Size Guides as an estimate as to what size to purchase, as styles, sizes and cuts vary between each individual item and may not be consistent with the size guide measurements.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please see our shipping info page. Cost and delivery time will depend on the location.

 

WHAT PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can choose the currency to shop in. Our customers can pay with credit or debit cards. We accept majority Visa, Master Card, UK Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron. You can also choose to make payment using PayPal. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be shipped and be with you within the time frame you selected and paid for at check out. Please see our shipping page for more information. 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

All CLUBSWIMUK purchases will come with a tracking number supplied in your order confirmation email.

HOW DO I MAKE RETURN/ EXCHANGE?

Our returns and exchange process is very simple.

If you want to make a refund/exchange it must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please note, we cannot accept returns outside the 14 days and they will be sent back to you.

SALE PERIODS

During sale period please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.

Due to high volume of emails/orders during the sale period, if the wrong items are ordered we can not take responsibility for changing the order before the shipment its collected. If your order is shipped before customer service email checked, it is the customer responsibility to return the incorrect purchased item/s.

DO YOU RESTOCK SIZES/ PRODUCTS?

Some products or sizes may get restocked however items can be limited edition pieces. We do recommend that you be quick to grab the items. May be your last chance! But sign up to keep up to date with our restocks, offers, discounts, collabs via our newsletter.

 

WHAT DOES PRE ORDER MEAN?

CLUBSWIMUK most exclusive and high-demand pieces are available to pre-order. Make sure you add the item(s) to your bag and pay as normal, and we'll send you a confirmation email and ship the order as soon as the stock arrives. We'll also keep you updated on the progress of your order and the due date!

 

I HAVE A PROMO CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
