RETURNS

RETURN ELIGIBILITY / EXCHANGES

Our returns/exchange process is very simple.

Please email us stating you would like to return/exchange your item to request a returns form, we will get back to you within 48 hours

 Returns & exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days after item is received and checked. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE RETURN POLICY

  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.  The items must be returned with 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We cannot accept returns if any of these tags have been removed and the original packaging has been discarded. Hygiene seal must be on the product.
  • We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or tampered with. We suggest you try on your CLUBSWIMUK garments over your underwear due to hygiene reasons, once you are happy, off with the tags & straight to the pool!
  • Unfortunately we do not offer refund on incorrect sizing on bottoms and one pieces. Only products with manufacturing faults or incorrect item received will be accepted for a refund.
  • We always recommend returning your order by recorded mail, failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return/exchange- we do not take responsibility for items lost in the post. It is important to note CLUBSWIMUK does not cover returns shipping costs.
  • In the case where it is evident the item has been worn (leaving makeup residue, washing fabric scents, perfume etc.) or damaged, CLUBSWIMUK will return items back to consumer and be refused for refund.
  • You must ensure to include the original order invoice with the returning items. If this has been lost or damaged, contact us with your order number to receive a copy.

 

STEPS OF RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

  1. Make a return request by emailing us for a refund form
  2. Check you garments still has their tag, hygiene stickers attached in their original condition
  3. Make sure you read our terms and conditions to avoid any delays or confusion.
  4. Fill out your returns form correctly making sure all sections are filled to make the process easier.
  5. Post back garments to address provided. Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email once we successfully receive your items 

FAULTY GARMENTS

If you across a fault in your item which you deem to be a manufacturing fault & not a customer care fault. Please email us with a photo so we can assess the issue. 

 

RETURNING SALE ITEMS OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Please note sale items are not returnable for refund/exchange

Items purchased during sale periods with an automatic discount or with a promotional code  are not eligible for a refund.

Only Store Credit - No Exceptions

Any items on sale are final sale and are non returnable.
